Bear Ridge 14′ x 40′

Creekside 12′ x 36′

Fog Hollow 12′ x 28′

Are you looking for a cabin project and save money? Our unfinished modular homes could be exactly what you are looking for. They provide you with an exciting opportunity to finish customizing the interior of your cabin. This could be something you do with the family. When it’s all finished, you can enjoy the sense of accomplishment. And of course, you get to enjoy your new cabin/home.

We make it easy. First, choose from one of our three models: The Fog Hollow, Creekside Manor, and Bear Ridge. The sizes range from 12 x 28 to 14 x 40, and each are built with a porch. The Bear Ridge and Fog Hollow have lofts. You can visit the gallery page to see the three models.

Once you know which model you want, then you decide on the roofing, siding, color, and porch options. We’ll build your cabin and deliver it to your property. You will need to prepare a foundation so please read the Regulations page.

Our unfinished modular homes are built to code. This means we will provide you with a certified set of plans for you to present to your local building council. This is not what you might find at many shed companies, this is a certified modular home that you can live in.

At this point, you finish out the interior, install the plumbing, electrical systems, insulation, flooring, and ac and heating. Please note it will be your responsibility to comply with your local laws.

This can be a very exciting process, but it isn’t for everyone. This is why we offer finished modular homes in addition to unfinished modular homes. Please visit the gallery page to see the finished cabins, but it doesn’t stop there. We build custom modular homes too. Visit the Custom Quote page for quote on a finished cabin.

The first thing you will need to decide is how do you want to finance your cabin. We recommend you visit our financing page for more information.

Design The Exterior of Your Cabin

The next thing you will need is to decide which cabin shell model is right for you. Once that is decided then you can design the exterior of your cabin. Below is a link to look at your options.

You will need to decide if you want a shingle or metal roof. We offer several choices of color of roofs to choose from. Next, what color would you like your cabin stained or painted?

Which windows do you prefer? Finally, do you want cedar spindles or black metal spindles for your cabin’s porch?
